We ensure that the food provided for your function is prepared, cooked and served carefully by trained staff in a safe and hygienic work environment.
This is encapsulated within our Food Safety Programme recognised and accredited each year by the New Zealand Food Safety Authority.
Please do:
● minimise the number of people handling the food prior to the function starting
● wear latex gloves if you are handling any food
● ensure that the food is consumed as soon as possible on arrival
● avoid leaving cooked food at ambient temperatures for more than two hours
● avoid re-heating hot food
● avoid encouraging people to take leftover food
Following these simple basic rules will help minimise the potential for food spoilage and contamination.
